It is very important to us to cook with products from regional markets and prepare them in ways that match the current season.In spring we love everything green like the newly harvested vegetables. Summer makes our hearts beat faster and Mediterranean fragrances like rosemary, basil and thyme enchant our kitchen. In fall and winter months we get excited for our annual goose special, pumpkin and GAME - finally we get to eat baked apples and cinnamon ice-cream again!

…But there is still something missing... With every delicious meal comes a good glass of wine. Our wine cellar stores many such treasures, each one carefully chosen by Christine Grieshaber. The best example is our Weinfreude series which we created in cooperation with some of the best wine growers of our region.
