Dining room
Under the motto “Lay a table”, you can choose a whole table full of freshly prepared delicacies from many smaller dishes of our modern and creative cuisine in our dining room. Our proximity to France and our love of Italy are always present on our menu. In summer, for example, you will mainly find dishes from French and Italian Mediterranean cuisine, while in winter we offer more traditional German-French cuisine. Our newly interpreted classics are also particularly popular, such as sour roast of rabbit leg from Alsace with homemade herb dumplings and glazed primal carrot or pot au feu of local salmon trout with pistou beurre blanc, autumn vegetables and triplets.

Our region is known for the excellent food. Therefore, it is a matter of course for us to source our products from the region whenever possible and sensible. For you to be aware of which dishes are prepared with local products from the region, we have developed the REGIOGENIAL® seal for you and have had the term protected accordingly.
